Jack will be four weeks old tomorrow— you'd think, since his parents were photographers, that the kid would have his picture taken every single day. Nope. We're so busy looking at him, we forget about the camera! Other than the snapshots my parents take, or the day I held him for the first time and Jon happened to have our camera (and a little window light), we haven't photographed anything! Scandalous!
Fortunately for us, my brother Jeff happened to be visiting from Indiana, and fortunately for us, he happens to be a professional photographer, and fortunately for us he happens to be one of THE BEST professional photographers in the US (I do not lie— here's his
website) and again, quite fortunately, he's already sent me a few preview images. Aren't they wonderful?!?!
Thanks, Jeff. If you weren't my brother, I'd have to pay you. :)

Postscript: Jack is still in the NICU, but he's growing and thriving so well, the nurses are talking about GOING HOME. Like, in a week, possibly. GASP! What am I going to do? Can the nurses come with him?? :)
